General Reservation Policies

1. Reservation, Payment, and Cancellation 
1.1.- Deposit Policy to Reserve Your Stay and Cancellation PolicyNon-Refundable Deposit: To secure your reservation, an initial deposit is required, which is NOT refundable under any circumstances.
Deposit Amounts:
– $350 (less than 7 nights)
– $450 (8 nights or more)
Deposit Application: The deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your stay.Payment Policy:
Final Payment: The total balance of your stay must be paid at check-in. No exceptions will be made.
Administrative Fee: A $20 administrative fee will be applied to each reservation, regardless of whether there are cancellations.

 Cancellation Policy:
 Cancellation Credit: If you decide to cancel after the grace period, the deposit will not be refunded but will be converted into a non-transferable credit valid for one year from the date of your initial reservation. This credit is non-extendable and will be subject to date availability and potential additional charges.
Use of Cancellation Credit: Cancellation credits can be used for future reservations within one year. These credits are non-transferable and non-extendable, and they will be subject to date availability and potential additional charges.
Cancellation on Check-In Day: (Applied Fee): If your surgery is canceled on your check-in day, a $250 fee will be applied, and 20% of the total stay cost will be deducted.

Extension of Stay:
– Extension Request: If you wish to extend your stay while at Charm Home Miami, your request will be considered based on availability.
– Availability and Order of Requests: Availability to extend your stay is not guaranteed. Extension requests will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis and will be subject to current occupancy levels.
– General Conditions: All changes to reservations are subject to our cancellation policy and the general terms and conditions of Charm Home Miami.

No-Show Policy
No Response: If you do not respond to our contact attempts within 48 hours, we will consider your reservation as a “No-Show” and you will forfeit your deposit.

Recommended Minimum Stay: 5 nights for any surgical procedure.
From the 4th night: $380 per night. *Private room*
From the 4th night: $300 per night. *Shared room*
Single night: $450 *Shared or private room*
Two night: $380 *Shared or private room*

 

  • Check your email regularly after making a reservation (Spam & Junk mail).
1.2.- Advance Payment50% Advance Payment: 50% of the stay must be paid 3 days before check-in. A $100 late payment fee will apply.
Final Payment: The total balance must be paid at check-in, without exceptions.
1.3.- Security DepositRefundable Security Deposit Amount: At check-in, a refundable deposit of $150 will be charged to cover possible damages or loss of borrowed items. This deposit will be refunded at check-out and processed within 72 hours if made by credit card. Cash deposits are recommended to avoid refund delays.
1.4.- Acceptance of PoliciesBy making the reservation payment, the user agrees to accept all our policies. Clients agree to comply with all the center’s policies, rules, and regulations by completing the payment for their reservation. If you have a reservation, you must notify any changes in advance.
1.5.- 30-Minute Guarantee– You have 30 minutes from the time the deposit is paid to review and accept our policies. During this time, you may cancel without penalty. After this period, the reservation will be confirmed, your dates will be blocked, and no claims or complaints regarding lack of knowledge or disagreement with our policies will be accepted.
  
1.6.- Rescheduling PolicyNo Rescheduling Fees: You may reschedule your stay without additional charges if done at least 2 weeks before the check-in date.
Late Rescheduling Fees:
– $150 (7-14 days before check-in)
– $250 (1-7 days before check-in)
Potential Rate Changes: Any date changes or rescheduling may result in a change to the stay rate. The same price is not guaranteed after changes to the initial reservation.
Change Limit: Each reservation allows a maximum of 2 calendar changes without additional fees. Any additional changes will be subject to extra charges and calendar availability. Any modification, change, or rescheduling of your reservation must be notified via email. Applicable fees will apply. (SMS notifications are not valid.)
1.7.- Modifications and Reduction of NightsReduction of Nights Fee: If you decide to modify your reservation and reduce the number of nights with at least 8 days’ notice prior to the check-in date, a fee of $100 will be charged per night removed. This policy applies to any changes that shorten the original duration of your stay.
  
2. Pre-Check-In 
2.1 Preparations Before ArrivalPolicy Review: It is essential to read and understand all our policies before your arrival to avoid inconveniences. Remember to make the 50% payment 3 days before your arrival.
3. Check-In 
3.1 Arrival ProcessCheck-In Time: Check-in starts at 3:00 PM.
Early Check-In: Available for $125, subject to room availability.
  
4. During the Stay 
4.1 House RulesCompliance with Rules: By checking in at Charm Home Miami, guests agree to follow all house rules established to ensure a safe, organized, and respectful stay for everyone. These rules will be explained upon check-in and must be adhered to throughout the stay.
4.2 MealsProvided Meals: Charm Home Miami offers a meal plan that includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Each meal is carefully designed to include a balanced portion of proteins, vegetables, and carbohydrates and has been approved by a nutritionist.
Special Diets: If you have a special diet, we will make the necessary adjustments to replace the protein, vegetable, or carbohydrate according to your dietary needs. Please inform the team in advance so we can accommodate your requirements.
4.3 LaundryLaundry Service: We offer laundry service twice a day to keep your clothes clean and fresh during your stay.
4.4 Additional ServicesVitamin IV Infusions: From $300 per therapy.
Hemoglobin Check: Service available, check prices.
Private Care: Service available, check prices.
Personalized Assistance: Hourly rates available, check prices.
Massages: $100 per session with a certified therapist.
4.5 Visitor PolicyPermitted Visitors: Visitors are allowed during specific hours, from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, respecting the privacy and tranquility of other guests.
4.6 Smoking and Pet PolicySmoking Prohibition: Smoking is prohibited inside the facilities.
Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed.
5. Check-Out 
5.1 Departure ProcessCheck-Out Time: Check-out is at 11:00 AM.
Late Check-Out: If you check out after 11:00 AM, you must arrange your own transportation to the airport. A $125 late check-out fee will apply if you stay up to a maximum of 6 hours beyond the standard check-out time, subject to availability. If you stay past 5:00 PM, the full nightly rate will be charged.
6. Transportation Policy:Schedule: Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
No transportation on Sundays. We do not provide transportation to Fort Lauderdale Airport as it exceeds our mileage range.
Saturdays: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Sundays: No transportation available.
Pick-up and drop-off are only available at Miami International Airport (MIA).
– Transportation to Surgical Centers: Transportation to the surgical center is included in the package as long as the distance does not exceed 11 miles from our location. Any change in the surgical center location that exceeds this distance will incur additional charges per trip. Coverage and Limitations:
The service covers up to 11 miles from our location.
The recovery package includes 5 round trips, applicable only for stays of 5 or more nights.
Additional trips are charged separately. Once the covered trip is completed, if the driver is required to return or make another trip to the clinic or pharmacy, additional charges will apply.
6.1 Transportation Appointments: – Appointment Confirmation: You must provide your appointment information by 10:00 PM the day before to secure transportation. If this information is not received on time, your RIDE will be placed “On Standby” and will be subject to team availability.
6.2 Airport Transportation– Last Airport Trip: Transportation to Miami International Airport (MIA) is provided on the check-out day, Monday to Friday, within the schedule of 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Saturday from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Sundays transportation is not operational, so we recommend booking your check-out date from Monday to Saturday within the designated schedule.
6.3 General ConditionsRecovery Package
 The recovery package includes 5 round trips, applicable only for stays of 5 or more nights. Additional trips will be charged separately. Once the covered trip is completed, if the driver is required to return or make another trip to the clinic or pharmacy, additional charges will apply.
 

– No Trip Exchanges.

Once a trip is scheduled, no changes are allowed after 10:00 PM the previous day. The driver is not authorized to deviate from their regular itinerary or make stops at supermarkets, shopping centers, restaurants, drive-thrus, or other locations.

6.4 Specific Transportation Conditions for Different Stays

You qualify for all trips exclusively if you check in one day before your procedure and stay a minimum of 5 consecutive nights at our facility.

Additional Benefit for 10 Nights or More
Qualifies for 2 additional trips for post-op appointments within the same 11-mile radius.

Stays of 5 Nights or More (Check-In One Day Before the Procedure)

  • Trips Included Within an 11-Mile Radius:
    • Pick-up and drop-off at Miami Airport (MIA) (we do not offer transportation to Fort Lauderdale Airport).
    • Pick-up and drop-off for a pre-op appointment.
    • Pick-up and drop-off at the surgical center.
    • Pick-up and drop-off for a post-op appointment.
    • Prescription pick-up and medication delivery.
  • Special Conditions:
    • Transportation available only on surgery day at any time.
    • All appointments must be before 4:00 PM to qualify for transportation to the surgical center.


Stays of 5 Nights (Check-In on Surgery Day)

  • Trips Included Within an 11-Mile Radius:
    • Pick-up from the surgical center.
    • Prescription pick-up and medication delivery.
    • Pick-up and drop-off for a post-op appointment.
  • Special Conditions:
    • Transportation available only on surgery day at any time.
    • All appointments must be before 4:00 PM to qualify for transportation to the surgical center.


Stays of 4 Nights (Qualify for Limited Trips)

  • Trips Included Within an 11-Mile Radius:
    • Pick-up and drop-off at the surgical center.
    • Prescription pick-up and medication delivery.
    • Pick-up and drop-off for a post-op appointment.
  • Special Conditions:
    • Transportation available only on surgery day at any time.
    • All appointments must be before 4:00 PM to qualify for transportation to the surgical center.

  • Stays of 3 Nights (Qualify for Basic Trips)
    • Trips Included Within an 11-Mile Radius:
      • Pick-up from the surgical center.
      • Prescription pick-up and medication delivery.
      • Drop-off for a post-op appointment.
    • Special Conditions:
      • Transportation available only on surgery day at any time.
      • All appointments must be before 4:00 PM to qualify for transportation to the surgical center.

Stays of 2 Nights (Qualify for Essential Trips)

  • Trips Included Within an 11-Mile Radius:
    • Pick-up from the surgical center.
    • Prescription pick-up and medication delivery.
  • Special Conditions:
    • Transportation available only on surgery day at any time.
    • All appointments must be before 4:00 PM to qualify for transportation to the surgical center.

Stays of 1 Night (Qualify for One Trip Only)

  • Trip Included Within an 11-Mile Radius:
    • Pick-up from the surgical center.
  • Special Conditions:
    • Transportation available only on surgery day at any time.
    • All appointments must be before 4:00 PM to qualify for transportation to the surgical center.

Hourly Stays (Do Not Qualify for Included Trips)

  • No trips included.
  • Trips must be paid for separately.

6.5 Other ConditionsLate Check-Out: If you check out after 11:00 AM, you must arrange your own transportation to the airport. A $125 late check-out fee will apply if you stay up to a maximum of 6 hours beyond the standard check-out time, subject to availability. If you stay past 5:00 PM, the full nightly rate will be charged.
Early Check-In: Early check-in is available for a $125 fee, subject to availability. This includes providing a temporary bed to ensure comfort while preparing the designated room for your reservation.
7. Post-Stay 
7.1 Follow-Up and FeedbackFeedback Invitation: After your stay, we invite you to provide feedback to help us improve our services.
  
7.2 Client ResponsibilityClinic Information: Verify the exact location of the doctor before requesting a trip.
Policy Compliance: Complying with policies ensures a better experience.
