We offer an experiential service, we want you to enjoy a pleasant stay with us, we have prepared an ideal place for your calm and tranquility. Loaded with special moments.

We offer two types of rooms for your convenience: private rooms and shared rooms.

  • Private Room: If you’re looking for an exclusive space for yourself, our private rooms are the perfect choice. The cost per night is $320. To secure your spot, we require a deposit of $250, which will be deducted from the total cost of your stay.

  • Shared Room: For those who wish to share their experience with our Lovers Surgery travelers, we have shared rooms available at a rate of $275 per night per person. Just like with private rooms, a $250 deposit is required to guarantee your reservation, and this deposit will be subtracted from the total amount of your stay.

These deposits help ensure that we have availability for your desired stay and enable more efficient planning. We hope you choose the option that best suits your needs and look forward to welcoming you soon!

Supplies are sold separately and are not included during your stay. We offer post-operative supplies for your comfort and recovery, you also have the option to bring your own supplies if you prefer. If you are interested in purchasing our supply packages, please ask one of our coordinators.

You will receive an email with a supply list according your procedure.

Yes, you need to book a minimum 4 nights

The total cost of the reservation (deposit) will be charged, in case of not notifying any change or cancellation 10 days before your arrival.

If this is your case and you notify of your cancellation after 10 days no problem.

 

You must present proof of the cancellation and date you were notified then you can reschedule your reservation.

You have 10 days before check in to notify any type of change.If you do it after that date, you will be penalized with the total amount of your deposit (reservation)

Yes, if you need we have a massages therapist in house. 

No, we work with a professional team that comes to you. Available 7 days a week.

We accept several payment methods for your convenience, including debit or credit cards, Zelle, PayPal, and Cash App. It’s important to note that a 3% additional fee will be applied to the total reservation amount when using certain payment platforms. This additional fee is implemented to cover the processing costs associated with the chosen payment platform and provides transparency regarding any additional fees related to your choice of payment method.

To avoid the 3% additional fee when making a payment, you can choose to use Zelle or pay in cash. These payment methods are not subject to the additional fee and will allow you to complete your reservation without any extra charges.

Transportation services.

We don’t offer transportation to Fort Lauderdale Airport (FLL) due to the distance and time required to reach it from our facilities. FLL is approximately a 45-minute drive away from our location without traffic. This can pose a logistical challenge in providing efficient and timely service, which could negatively impact our customers’ experience. Additionally, we prefer to focus on providing high-quality transportation within our primary service area to ensure passenger satisfaction. 


There is no transportation on Sunday.

Transportation hours are as follow:

Monday through Friday 7:00 am – 4:00 pm

Saturday 9:00 am – 2:00 pm

  • Trips provided up to 13 miles away
  • Pick up and drop off at the Miami airport (we do not provide transportation to Fort Lauderdale airport)
  • Pick up and drop off at (1) pre-operative appointment 
  • Pick up and drop off at (1) post-operative appointment
  • Drop off prescriptions and pick up your medications
  • Pick up and drop off to the surgery center

    Transportation is available to you at any time only  the day of your surgery. 

  • All appointments must be made before 4:30 pm
    (to qualify for drop off to the surgery center you must check in the day before surgery)

Rides are considered local rides up to 13 miles (if you clinic changes of address and over pass the 13 miles you will have to pay extra fee for each ride.)

We only cover the following rides; if you need extra rides for massages you can pay for additional rides:

  • Pick up and drop off at the Miami airport (we do not provide transportation to Fort Lauderdale airport)
  • Pick up and drop off at (1) pre-operative appointment 
  • Pick up and drop off at (1) post-operative appointment
  • Drop off prescriptions and pick up your medications

Food services.

In our house we offer delicious and nutritious food dishes, in case your diet is “Vegatarian, pescetarian, vegan, gluten free”. Or some type of allergy, you must inform it at the time of your reservation.

For a while we offered buffet service, but our clients love our services.

Our chef prepares the food, presents it very carefully on a plate or sometimes in a plastic container (delivery style) and we deliver it to each diner. They love it like this!
